The Strawberry Moon

We warm ourselves in the beauty of sun-drenched mornings, visiting the local markets and marveling at the farmer’s haul picked mere hours before. The culinary team is in awe of what Colorado can provide in such a short amount of time and want to share as much of this summer harvest as possible. Ripe berries and fragrant herbs complement a menu with flavors of char and smoke with boisterous hyperbole—it's their time to shine. Come to our chef’s counter and revel in these summery moments.
