Quarter I

Winter

As chillier days approach, and longer nights are the norm, the time of year has come to nourish and restore. Warm up with us, and savor the pleasures of a delectable dining experience, with Chef Holmes and his team for the Winter menu.

This menu offers eight courses. Please allow two-and-a-half hours for your dining experience.

March - May reservations will be released February 1

We will be closed for a holiday break from December 22nd 2024 - January 7th 2025.

Our menus are released in concurrence with the dynamic changes of the Colorado seasons, bringing the most desired and tempting flavors to your plate.

Dec – Feb

Winter

Snow falls and the nights are long. The chill in the air inspires us to seek comfort in the familiar and delicious. Nourish and replenish yourself with a hearty menu of delectable courses.

Spring

We warm ourselves in the beauty of sun-drenched mornings, visiting the local markets and marveling at the farmer’s haul picked mere hours before.

Summer

Our gathering instinct leads us to follow in the pursuits of preserving and preparing the take of summer's final harvest while turning our attention to richer fare for the cold months ahead.

Fall

Our plates are bountiful with the take of the late summer harvest. Find a reason to relax, recharge and revel in the most splendid of Colorado's seasons and take a seat with us during the long, cozy nights of Fall.
